Mostly a nice experience, I...
Check in/out and valet services were on par for a resort of this type. The scenery is beautiful and the spa/salon services were excellent if you're a woman, however no barbershop on site the attendant completely ignored me and only waited on the women, he was quite rude in his manner towards me when I asked about barber services, so I had to leave the resort for that. The shuttle service would be improved by having a posted schedule as to destinations and times (I saw quite a few people getting on, then off after waiting 10 minutes or more and the shuttle not leaving.
Cleanliness left much to be desired, used empty beverage glasses left lying around all day, including right in front of our room on the floor in the hallway. The cashiers at the deli in delta Island seemed more concerned with gossip than with serving the customers, the cheese panini was way over cooked and over priced, and the cost of the other sandwiches and salads was extremely high for something that could be purchased from a gas station for half the price and better quality ie. Fruit salad was frozen, roast beef sandwich was soggy, Caesar salad was limp/soggy and didn't come with a fork or dressing.

Stay was great had a...
Rooms were nice and comfortable. Atriums were beautiful.
I believe I was over charged for my stay. , I have been visiting this resort for many years as a member of the NWTF at this time in February with the NWTF sport show and convention. However, I have never paid as much as I did this year. I had many members of the NWTF and family that were also staying in the same resort tell me they had paid significantly less for their rooms ($200-$400 a night) with an atrium view and outside views. I on the other hand did not have an atrium view I had a basic room with an outside view. This was very discouraging to me at roughly 600 a night. And will not visit again at these rates. I feel that 1700+ dollars for three nights are rather steep rates. I'm not sure what end I got taken by Booking or Gaylord Opryland. However, I did cancel my reservations I had made with Booking in Branson in May.
