This place was a complete...
Quiet at night. Had security guards.
Very dirty hotel room. Bathroom not cleaned, stains and marks all over the walls. Smells old. Terrible insulation so the room was cold. Bed only had 2 sheets and a thin blanket. No other blankets in the room. Tons of sketchy people all over the place. Run down area with a very run down hotel. Pictures online are all lies!

Rodeway Inn should be named Throwed Away Inn
The staff were very nice and tried their best with what they had. That being said, I think it's important that the owners of this hotel, which has amazing potential, are aware of what appears to be a negligence on their behalf when it comes to cleanliness and upkeep. my room was as clean as I could imagine a housekeeper could get it. but the furniture was badly stained and in need of replacement. the bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. It was apparent it had been scrubbed with a bleach agent. but needs a treatment as well as a paintjob. perhaps a fan would have been good.. Yes, there was no fan in a bathroom without windows. the beds were nice in the sleeping area, however. the pull out couch had a mattress that apparently could not be removed for cleaning, and it was heavily stained with someone else's blood. the towels were terrible but this hotel is cheap. I didn't expect luxury. I'm staying in a hotel because I'm awaiting heart surgery, and my rental home had a mold issue we couldn't resolve. the allergies in that home cause anaphylaxis, which resulted in my death and a coma. the damage done to my heart is why I'm waiting for surgery, and I've got to get the levels of mold in my system down to have it. I stayed at the Country Inn and Suites, and my levels dropped quickly. I came to this hotel, another Choice owned hotel, expecting to keep getting better. However, my blood test before surgery showed my levels had again risen to an unopperable level... and my surgery has been delayed. Again, I'm not complaining about the staff. But I'm pretty sick and feel I've sort of been forced into staying in these conditions because of desperation. Now I'm in a snowstorm stuck here. The conditions made me regress for my surgery, which had been scheduled for 6 months. I asked for a refund or a credit to stay back at the first hotel, also a Choice hotel, but was told no from corporate. All in all, I learned a lesson.
moldy bathroom tenants aloud to be loud and party police presence on numerous occasions very dirty and unsanitary furniture, carpet, and common areas locked front and back main entrances after 9 must use side entrance which had stairs and not convenient to parking front desk mostly unoccupied by agent lazy security...ignoring problem tenants and hassling those trying to keep to themselves. not me personally, but I've witnessed this.
