I liked the view from my room. It looked out over the pool. The amenities in the room were nice. Fridge, microwave, sofa, under bed lighting, big shower, large mirror in the bathroom. I also liked the height of the sink because I am tall.
The location was terrible. Trying to get to the hotel during rush hour on a Friday was the worst! Due to being next to the Desert Ridge center. There was huge hair clog in the shower and hair all over the floor, it was not mine.

Location was close to Mayo Clinic. Quiet room.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, it was so worn that I felt like I was sleeping in a hammock.

Good location walkable (3 blocks) to a few new strip malls with walgreens and food. The free local shuttle was very handy, but no weekend service
The king sized mattress is way too soft and positioned poorly to see tv. room is average size . Not the quietest rooms, can hear people walking and talking above
