The location is perfect for sightseeing because it is close to most attractions, We were impressed with how quiet the hotel was once we were in our room. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were happy with our stay.
The pillows were too soft had that not been the case, the sleep would have been more comfortable.

Exceptional
The bed was extremely comfortable, the facilities were good, gym was big. Compare to other NYC hotels, this one was a bit bigger than usual. They offered us umbrellas free of charge while we were there. The location is absolutely fantastic.
There are only 3 elevators for floors 25-54 and 2 elevators for floors up to 25, which causes a waiting time in case there are a more than 8 people trying to get up at the same time. It felt like the default of the elevators were not to go back to the lobby, but to stay at the same floor if it is not used. The shower took way too long to get hot. I think only after 5-6 minutes the water was hot.
