Kindly note that for guests who have booked a rate excluding breakfast, we will review your request subject to availability, the price for breakfast is £40.00 per person for our Full English Breakfast and £25 per person for Continental Breakfast. A weekend escape
The room, hotel and facilities were all aesthetically beautiful and clean. The traditional full English breakfast was lovely, the cocktail bar was classy and the waiters were friendly and knowledgeable. The spa pools were amazing and it was worth it, I did the full suggested cycle and felt refreshed afterwards. Location wise, you couldn't get much better.!
The only thing was I did write on my initial booking that I was taking my partner and that this was a birthday celebration so I had asked for just a happy birthday message or decoration for the room for which there was none. However that is a small blemish on otherwise a superb surprise weekend away so thank you.

Lovely thermal waters!! Very helpful conceige, friendly service by the pool receptionist guy who was always smiling. Comfortable bed, very good turn down service, in the heart of Bath, close to the train and all sites. We had a lovely time and will return. Thank you!

Beautiful and an extremely comfortable stay
Parking was a challenge but not at the fault of the hotel. Staff told us that they were constantly having to move on people who were not guests and should not be parking at the entrance of the building.

It was lovely, staff were great , really nice hotel
Personally I found the bed really uncomfortable, it was very soft and bouncy. I’m quite a restless sleeper and I felt like I was springing around all night
