Great place for families.
Everything was great
Broken phone,and t.v did not work for a while,and w I asked the front desk they did not know how to fix anything and did not offer to replace the broken phone.

The location was excellent as I was "just passing through Albuquerque in route to Colorado Springs. The room was comfortable, the staff was wonderful!!!

Close to UNM hospital
Very run down, dirty and worn carpets, dirty curtains, dirty sliding glass doors. Floor uneven in room.
