Size of the room was perfect for what we needed. It was nice to have the kitchen with appliances. 2 bathrooms was perfect!
There was ketchup or something on the wall by the trash can. The remotes didn't work to the down stairs TV all three TVs needed to share the upstairs remote. The person cooking breakfast the second day. Burnt and over cooked the food, and refused to start the pancake machine. The hot tub was missing alot of water so the jets shot the water out of the water. The shelves in our refrigerator door were broken so could be used. They just fell out.

I paid for a room with a fireplace and wasn’t able to use the fireplace at all, my bathroom was completely filthy with soap scum in the shower, and the room stunk like an ashtray

The staff is rude my 1 year old was crawling around and found some pills next to the bed and almost put them in her mouth so the facility was not properly cleaned.

The price was good.
They rented a place for three and didn't even have clothing for the second bed. The dishes and towels and other things provided were for 1 or at most 2 people. When we asked for more as we were three they told us that they didn't have. We asked them why they rent a place for 3 if it is only for two, they just say "we don't know, that is how it is".

It's MY money and I...
Everybody was very sweet!
I did not appreciate the fact that I WAS NOT made aware of the "Damages Security Deposit" that would be charged to my account until AFTER I entered my card information and booked the room and ONLY when I received a confirmation email was then made aware of the charge after scrolling two thirds of the way down to the bottom of the screen where I was fortunate enough to have seen the fine print... Furthermore, when asked about the charge at the front desk and how long after checking out i should expect the deposit to be returned to my card, I was given only vague answers and somewhat of a runaround. So its now been a week since I checked out of my room and returned home and I still have not received ANY notice from my bank, booking.com or Sonesta Suites regarding the return of my deposit or the receipt that I asked for upon checkout and was told that I BOOKING.COM would be emailing me one. To this current day, I have currently been charged $224.00 for a room that I signed a receipt that said I was paying $112.00... so I'm curious how that works is all!? And please just let me make one thing clear, I didn't even sleep in the bed or use the kitchen sink or shower. I sat on the couch and watched TV for 9hours, ate the complimentary breakfast and checked out so there isn't any reason for my deposit to be withheld and I'm not a smoker either.
