Clean, friendly staff
Good morning! My name is Keith Corcoran and I stayed in room 115 over the weekend. I have stayed at this facility before as well. As soon as I walked in they told me that the pool wasn't working. This eventually got fixed. I reported to the front desk that many of the lights and outlets in my room weren't working. She sent someone over and they worked for the remainder of the night. The next day they were back to not working again. I once again had to complain to the front desk. I also reported that my coffee machine in the room wasn't working. The button looks like it was completely pushed in. I was not able to enjoy coffee in my room. On Saturday I had asked one of the cleaners for more towels and to possibly empty the trash. They literally told me that I was not on the list to have my room cleaned. I was using the same towels for three nights. Also, I went over to the Dublin Rose for a drink/dinner. They told me that they had no more room and to come back tomorrow. Part of the reason I booked this place was to utilize the restaurant. Not only was I not able to. But they were extremely rude about it. I never ever complain but my disappointment was hurtful. I was actually curious to see if there was some sort of refund I could receive for the 1 night of inconvenience?

Staff was very sweet, informative, and helpful. The pool was very clean and warm. The rooms were the perfect size, and the beds were comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay.
