I am too polite and...
You should've ask me what I didn't like. Everything I once absolutely loved came to an end when My expectations were ripped away from me by the rudest hotel manager I have ever came across, and I spend thousands of dollars on many stays at different places so for me to claim this place went from my best place to my worst is to be taken seriously.
I signed up for a 7 day stay. They know me here. I loved everybody. But on my 2nd night I received a note under my door telling me that I was having my room inspected on the following day. Why? you ask, because I left a do not disturb sign on my door! Bad enough, I was not going to be allowed to watch them rummage through my belongings while they do this. I went to the front desk to complain and in doing so I was reminded that on one of my last past recent stays I had left a 5 star rating, which I did, but that I had not done so with them, but with a third party instead. I'm really dumb, I don't know what a third party is. But the woman manager was really upset because although I had raved about how much I loved this place, I had the nerve to mention that this place has a heating problem that could easily be repaired and told her what could be done and how cheap it would cost. She took my advice well back then, but not on my last stay. She actually accused me of being responsible for their ratings being dropped. Although I still had 5 days left, I hauled my butt out of there immediately and would not return even if they offered me $1000.00, and this is absolutely true because I have spent thousands of dollars on this hotel within a six months time, and felt like I was treated like a criminal.

I felt like I belonged...
I bring my own food.
In the past month, I have spent three visits at This motel during cold nights and 2 out of three visits the heating system failed to operate and I had to report this. The result was somewhat disappointing, being that my stays have been for multiple nights. I am homeless and have been for four months now and a major reason I chose to go to a motel is because I have gotten very cold and thus ill while living in my van. I hoped to find warmth and comfort, but instead, I found thin, cold blankets while being in a room with heat that never turned off and needed to be unplugged and wait till it got too cold, then get out of bed to plug the heat back in again. On my recent stay just a day ago, I stayed about four days with heavy rain that seeped into my room through the electric heater, soaking one quarter of the floor with lots of water. Also, there was old food left in the microwave that disappointed me. However, please! don't misinterprit my words as a complaint but helpful info that hopefully will lead to the appropreate repairs, as I am a retired home builder and had discovered the issue with the heating system, a simple inexpensive fix, and had brought this info to the front desk where the woman manager thanked me very sincerely. In spite of these things I was so well recieved by everyone that nothing would ever keep me from staying there again and again. I simpy Love these people!
