Staff was great. Place was nice and very clean.
They had 2 events this weekend . Think 1000 dollars for 2 nights is a bit much . But they let me change from 2 to one night. Staff was awesome

The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was awesome!
A maid that swiped everything we had in the mini fridge when she cleaned the room, guess it was our fault for leaving stuff in there and assuming It would be there when we got back.

It is very convenient for persons utilizing Cleveland Clinic. Valet parking attendants were very helpful & nice.
Front desk staff was not very friendly. Exception 3rd shift staff was excellent.

the lady who worked the front desk that night was just wonderful. she made us feel welcome and was most informative.
I called three times to let the hotel know I was going to be checking in late. First time there was no answer. Second time I was placed on hold for more than half an hour before I finally gave up. Third time I was on hold for about 15 minutes.
