I liked the location, the...
The staff were very helpful at the front desk, in the fitness room, and providing dish soap when I didn't find any in the kitchenette. The staff were very friendly. The room felt homey, and the bed was comfortable.

I definitely recommend this hotel...
The location was great right around the corner from the row which was because this was our first time traveling to reno
That nobody was in town so it was kind of boring no excitement

Machines in arcade ate our money, game rooms not really clean, lack of information about rooms.

Staff member penny was rude when I tried to follow the directions on the brochure to call to check out after 10 said I couldn’t because 4 others were checking out late. checked me in late because the room wasn’t done on time, didn’t know of deposit or pet charges until I checked in

This property is in terrible repair and the furnishings are dirty and in poor condition. The staff is nice but that is all the good I can say about this place. I reserved it for a second stay before got here and if I hadn’t paid for it would never have stayed here. Booking.com should take this property off their list.
