Bad customer service
Bed was comfortable
No hot water, the manager is rude. I got charged another 30 for my kids which is understandable cause I didn't include in booking. Then, I pay 100 for my deposit and he literally ran out the office for 15 min to go check the whole room and because of a stained towel he took 30! I have never in all of my booking gotten charged for a stained towel that just needed to be washed. And then ridiculously rude gentleman.

The location was good the rooms look clean and nice very quiet
Thought the rooms were very clean and nice until I was sleeping in a roach ran across my legs in the bed they need to fumigate
