The hotel lobby was appealing the clerk was very helpful. I flew to Honolulu for a surgery procedure and when I arrived at the hotel I needed some assistance and I was pleasantly impressed by the assistance I was given. To get to my room .

Always enjoy this hotel. Great staff, great location, very convenient and near all.the places that we need to go to. I always look this hotel when I go to Honolulu. My home away from home.

The staff are very nice.
Although I got the room for about $--- a night, at the end it became about $--- per night. The parking is now doubled. The tax in Hawaii is crazy even though I am a resident. And a resort fee for a place that is definitely not a resort.
