Not bad, might stay here...

The room we had requested (stayed in several times before and liked) was not ready when we arrived at 3:30pm, even though we had to pay to hold it the day before ( and had not been warned about having to do that beforehand), so we had to stay in a different room that was not quite as nice and was more noisy. Also, the reception staff was barely civil. I realize Feb. is a busy time, but a pleasant attitude goes a long way to making our stay nicer.

Very nice and comfortable beds and a clean room.
The hotel doesn't care about sustainability. The breakfast was completely served with disposable tableware. Even the plates and cups were single-use and plastic dishes. The breakfast in general was really bad as it included no fresh products. We missed fresh breakfast things like boiled/scrambled eggs, cut fruits/vegetables, ham, cheese, etc...

Room was clean.
When we got there at 6pm, no one was at the front desk. A sign said be back in 5 minutes. We waited 20 minutes until a young man arrived. I told him he was 15 minutes late. He had the audacity to say I was lying, I was so upset i just handed over my id and credit card.. He never welcomed us. He just handed us the room key and turned his back on us.
