Room was very good. High ceiling, large windows, very clean. Hotel is very close to train station. Location is great!Also has a special history .

Great location, not a great experience.
The first room was calm and quiet. The amenities were working, if a bit compact. The bathroom was bright and clean. The location was ideal and not too busy. Most of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The second room was big, airy and, bright, with ample bed room and counter/desk space.
There was a problem with the first room. They couldn't fix it, so we moved. There was a problem with the second room. They couldn't fix it, but I MacGyvered a solution so we didn't have to move again. The second room was bigger, but also noisier, the windows didn't seal properly and outside noise came in easily. Using the shower is awkward, the tub floor is significantly higher than the floor. The restaurant and bar managed to mix up our orders, or simply forget them. Perhaps this was due to Christmas staff, or perhaps they are training too many new employees. We were not impressed.

Only 2 small lift. In fact 1 of the lift is a service lift. However the lift is not working this have to use the one and only service lift. So many people waiting for the lift. Its not helpful. Usually, internet password is given during check in but they didnt give the password, we have to ask them and they told us its down and have to use the other wifi. If I compare it with the 2 star hotel that I stayed previously, this service is lousy.
