Decent hotel, not worth it with homeless
Not worth it, save your money and stay away from tenderloin. Might as well just stay way from san fran in total

I love this place. New updated rooms, with nice shower and comfortable bedding. Staff is cool and the interior is a fun and funky modern look. Its Polk Street location is close to Civic Center and BART. Coffee service downstairs. Secured at night.
It sits on the edge of the Tenderloin, which is safe, but gritty. Myself, I like the grit of a great city, but it might be off-putting to some.
