Location.
People on the 4th floor were very noisy. They kept banging doors running up and down the halls. Knocking on our door at midnight. Also knocking at other doors. Need less to say we did not get any sleep that night.

Great stay, all the way from Canada
The staff were very friendly. The kitchen was nicely set up and the amenities were available as needed for the kitchen. The location was very Central to Ohio State University, the Resolute Arena the boys had lacrosse at as well was close to a variety of shopping. Across the street in the plaza was a bar Slappy Maxies that had great food prices and very convenient.
No hair dryer was the only thing

Rude staff and crowded "breakfast" by the elevators .

The laundry room, the staff were all rude and disrespectful. The "breakfast" was sad and dirty, right next to the elevator.

Cleanliness of entire facility
I had to spray lysol and fabreeze on my luggage and clothes upon checkout. They allow pets, and there was a light musty smell

A clean, simple suite and well worth the price.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. My room / suite was pristine. I was provided with cooking supplies upon request. There was plenty of parking. The hotel was quiet. It is close to shopping and provides easy access to major highways. I will stay there in the future.
