Disappointing
Honestly the best part of the stay was the breakfast, my reservation was for 2 days we left early. The pictures were totally not this hotel. The pool was dirty, and there no comforters, just sheet and a blanket. Floor had fruit loops on it abd bath r oom smelled of mold.look above

Good
We liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable beds. We like how they accept pets because my husband has a registered Emotional Support Animal and is registered in training to be his Service Animal as well. He only has 1 eye, with not much vision in it, and has PTSD from a firework explosion. Even though they charge extra for pets, (wouldn't be a big deal if she was just a "normal" pet) they wouldn't accept her registered license card stating they HAVE to accept her at no charge. (More on that in the dislike section). We also liked how they serve breakfast from 6am-10am, and kept the food out until after breakfast was over, which most hotels we've stayed at only serve until 9 am, and usually start putting everything away early, so that was convenient for us to sleep in and still eat breakfast if we wanted to. We loved the location, as we had multiple fast food restaurants, gas stations, a Walgreens, and a Hy-Vee grocery store, all within a few blocks of us. Plus, we were only a couple of blocks away from the interstate, so it made it easy to travel to Omaha to visit my dad in the hospital. The TV in our room had the basic 70 channels, but also had a movie app where we were able to rent movies or even watch free movies and shows! TV was pretty small, but I can't complain since we had a lot of movies to choose from. Overall, we enjoyed our 5 night stay and would definitely go back.
I didn't like it when I checked in, and was told they don't accept the type of debit card I have, so I had to leave to find an ATM to withdrawal all of my money, then go back to check in. As I was finally about to get my room key, they said that I needed to pay an additional $160 cash only deposit (refundable at check out, so that's fine). They started handing me my room key again, and stopped to say "Oh wait, I see your reservation says you have a pet, so that's an additional $100 because it's $20 per pet, per night." However, I wasn't told about the pet fee when I originally booked the room, and I didn't have all of the funds for our dog to stay the entire 5 nights. Not only that, but our "pet" is actually my husband's Registered Emotional Support Animal, and registered in training to become his Service Animal, which means we aren't supposed to be charged for her whether it's at a hotel, or if we rent an apartment or house that specifically doesn't allow pets, it's the law that she is to be allowed no matter what. They wouldn't allow her to stay without paying, and I had only $40 left to my name by this point. I was just too exhausted and didn't feel like arguing, so I gave up our last $40 so she could at least stay the first 2 nights, but had to have a family member pick her up after that and take her to their house for our last 3 nights. I also didn't like the fact that there was a blizzard that started on our 3rd day there, and by check out, I had to walk through almost 2 feet of snow with all of our belongings to pack in the car before check out. There were no plows that came through. It was very difficult getting my AWD SUV through the parking lot. My kids loved being able to swim in the pool, but the hallway to get to and from was about 10° F, so they were wet and freezing cold when it was time to get out.
