Overall, loved our stay, it was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was amazing and even upgraded us for our anniversar
Easy walk to the Qline to go to the arena for our concert. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was simple but delicious, fresh bagels, soda bread, muffins, yogurt and oatmeal. Enjoyed it all.
We couldnt get the tv to work, but it was late and we didnt try to call to fix it. Might have been user error. Wish our room had a king bed, but being a historical building, its not a big deal. Just wish there had been more options for booking a king room.

Loved everything!!!
Loved the room, the houses and landscaping
The q-line was recommended to go to the Fisher Theater. That would not have been safe when the theater got out at 11 p.m. We drove and parked right at the theater in their parking garage.

the buildings were beautiful from the outside, but the inside did not match.
The staff, especially Trinity, was very helpful and kind.
The room was not as expected. The carpet was disgusting - stains and worn. The thermostat was not working so the first night we did not sleep well as it was so hot. The water pressure was ridiculously poor. I could not shower as the pressure was not strong enough to be able to wash my hair. The furniture in the house had also clearly not been dusted in a long time also.
