Deplorable in harsh winter conditions.

The amenities promised in the booking and price like free breakfast and internet, cable TV, kitchen supplies were not upheld by the hotel. No one was available at desk, no one answered calls after we checked in. No clean towels after first day. No soap or anything in kitchen or bathroom areas. It was below zero temperatures all weekend and there was just a sheet and thin blanket supplied. Don’t book here!!! They stated they are transitioning to apartments. They are not a hotel as advertised- we got scammed.
