Great service!!!
Nicky (housekeeping) and Kelly (front desk) went above and beyond to ensure my family was comfortable during booking the hotel and followed up with all of us during our stay. They are great at their jobs! The maintenance department was prompt at adding batteries to the pack-n-play sound machine provided by the hotel. (Pack-n-play came with a baby welcome note and small toy).
The hotel has a great pool (but cold) and fabulous rooms for a gathering (king suite and double queen suite)
There is a restaurant and bar. (But, sadly both were closed all day and evening)
It was clean and in a perfect location for downtown holiday lights, activities and restaurants.
They think of things and have great added touches.
The main reason we booked this hotel was to have access to a coffee shop, restaurant and bar on the premises. These amenities were closed everyday we were there. The only time they were open were breakfast hours.
PARKING!!! There is a huge parking lot around the hotel, and no spots for guests. There should be designated spots for hotel guest. My mom cannot walk far distances, it was difficult to manage her needs during our stay due to the lack of parking. Street parking is the choice we had to make while we were in Ogden. (Busy Christmas season, I am sure summer is better)
There should always be complimentary breakfast. (Just my opinion)
The lighting in the hotel is cool white, it feels like a fluorescent light blast everywhere we went. Don’t enter the hotel with a migraine.
The pool is cold, hot tub wasn't hot but it was “bathtub temperature” and that was nice for the toddler.
Kitchenette’s need towels, garbage can and liquid soap. It would also be nice to have them lightly stocked with utensils.
The glass doors on entrance could use a washing also the entrance could be swept and cleaned up.
All of these suggestions are no reason not to book, the service was terrific and the stay was fabulous!
