The breakfast was more than expected. Loved that there was scrambled eggs and patty sausages. Everything else was about a 7/10.
Only 2 entrances to get to your room. We were expecting a door from the outside to dump off our luggage. Not a huge deal.

There were ceiling tiles down the main hall that had black mold on them from a very noticeable water leak. The hold place smelled like mold.

For the money it was...
Location, low noise level, and great staff. It was basically clean, and had all the amenities like soap, shampoo and towels. Had a microwave and a fridge as well. Clean sheets and good mattress, plus no sign of bugs!
Place could use remodeling. The curtains were worn out and had stains, furniture was kind of worn, the heater made a noise like a squealing animal at the end of each cycle, and there was an area of broken ceiling tile in the main hallway with visible mold growing on it.
