Exceptional
Fantastic clean and thoughtful accommodation! Great place to land close to trams and buses, stadium etc. Loved the access to chilled water in the hallways and the free coffee station on the ground floor. We stayed in a queen room and it had all we needed. Would highly recommend.

Seamless valet service with resourceful...
Valet parking was fantastic, hotel staff was professional, friendly and resourceful. I needed to do some (clothes) shopping and was recommended to clothing stores approx 3 miles away to which I drove. It was a short easy walk to the venue of the event I attended. The room was cozy with a very comfortable bed. I enjoyed a good night's sleep (with earplugs).
The toilet ran constantly the whole time I was there. A nearby room had a small dog barking excessively. (I only stayed one night and was in a time crunch and didn't inform management of either issue while I was there briefly)

Clean and easy to navigate
Side doors at the standard pickup location for Uber were fully locked and room cards were unable to open them. Kind of a pain to have to walk around the building every single time I was dropped off, especially at night
