How close it was to target center. The breakfast. Location
They never came to clean our room, pick up the trash or towels. I had to call down and ask them to clean the room I was told they would and it never happened in 3 days. I finally asked them to at least change the garbage because it was overflowing and they said that might not happen I then asked if I’m supposed to just put it on the floor? I also asked for towels and the way didn’t bring them up so I had to go down and get them myself. I paid a lot of money for the hotel for 3 nights $1200+ and expected more out of this hotel. We have stayed at many embassy suites before and have always had a great experience.

Great location , walking distance...
evening cocktail hour was nice, and the breakfast was exceptional, The staff was efficient and service was excellent
Bed was a bit hard for my taste, and some of the furniture in the room was showing some wear .
