Very disappointed
Location was great
On going construction was load , started before 8:00 am . The hotel did not tell anyone about the construction when you booked or checked in. When we complained about it they said yeh they were getting a lot of complaints. At over $1000 a night this shows dishonesty and lack of customer care. The tubs drain was broken, it took 3 calls and visits to fix it. One time parts were left in the bottom of the tub with no communication to us . We reported it they said oh well look at it. Maintenance staff is poor at best.
