Staff service is really next great! everyone is so nice and kind and just helpful, really one of the best service I've seen Location is the amazing! everything is few minutes walk Cleaning is very-very important to me and this hotel is at the highest levels! Room is smart-room with a console that controls almost everything, very convenient I will definitely come back next year
Shower head is really old and must be changed to current 5 stars hotel standard as rain mist shower! this is a small issue comparing to all the benefits but the shower experience is poor

Wonderful 10/10. Would say here...
The service was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and we had the best time. We were upgraded and there were so many personal touches. We stayed here for our wedding and it couldn't have been more perfect.
The staff in the Asian restaurant were a bit grumpy with us but besides that everything was incredible.
