Very friendly staff at the front desk and at breakfast. Appreciate the fresh fruit with the breakfast burrito.
Carpet had just been steam cleaned that day. It was still a little damp the first night, but thank you for steam cleaning!

The only good thing about...
The location
On the first night of arrival we encountered a homeless woman at the rear entrance. Later that night we encountered the same homeless woman with her husband in the lobby with all their possessions. We stayed 5 days and there was no room service at all! Also, men were working on something mechanical and had a rock wedged in the door so anyone could enter. I was totally deceived by the pictures.
