What we didn't like was the fact that when we tried to get a shuttle in the freezing weather and finally reached the hotel, due to the kindness of another lovely shuttle driver, THE HOTEL HAD BEEN CLOSED FOR ABOUT 8 MONTHS. WHY WERE WE NOT INFORMED AND NOW WE ARE EXPECTED TO RATE A HOTEL WE COULDN'T STAY IN? Up to 2 days before we were meant to stay, we were getting emails from Booking.com advising of the attractions available in Queens. The only attractive happenings for us on Saturday was the kindness of the people who went out of their way to help us and to organize another hotel for us.
