The staff were so friendly. It was really clean and spacious. We felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely terrible customer service . Staff very very rude .

Staff was very rude . Their Manager - Elena Putimelu , was unacceptably rude and unhelpful . We were discussing with her regarding the option of early check in or leaving the baggage in the store room , she falsely accused us of being aggressive. She did nothing to help us. Moreover, we found that the sink in the apartment was blocked and was unusable. When we flagged it to to the staff- Mo Ali, he advised us to use the sink in the kitchen!! We would not recommend this property to anyone. Despite raising these concerns, neither the staff or the manager had any courtesy to sort out our problems. This property should be black listed and should be taken off booking.com

Location was perfect, but wouldnt return.
Location was perfect for what we needed to do. Just a few tube stops to the West End and right near the river.
On arrival, we had no hot water. We had to be out by 6pm - checked in at 3pm and after maintenance man came (waited 1 hour), then went off to find a part, then returned with it and fitted it, we were late for our event as had to then wait 20 minutes for hot water to fill in the tank! Very noisy with tube - didnt sleep great at all. If youre a light sleeper, this isnt the best place to be. Tubes cant be helped, so soundproofing would be better or thicker glazing. Complimentary toiletries were already used by the previous guest! Be nice if you could replenish to new toiletries for the next guests.

Will not be staying again. Rude and unprofessional staff upon check-in, overpriced and outdated.
The location was great for the event we were attending near St Pauls, and there were so many amenities nearby. The view from our room was also great.
It all just felt a bit dark, dingy and outdated. We had no hot water, only lukewarm, and the sofa bed was so incredibly uncomfortable and unsupportive, that my friend kept falling through the springs.
