Not even as a gift,...
How close it is to Central Station, You‘re practically 50m away from every train and bus in the City.
The Bathroom, especially.
It wasn‘t clean to begin with,
mold around the bathroom window,
no heating in the bathroom,
a lot of the Kleidocerys resedae aka birch catkin bugs in the room, up to the point that they are everywhere even in your luggage when you unpack it back hole after the trip. Generally it doesn‘t gives you the feeling of: Uh nice clean room. It‘s more like: Yeah, It got a bed and it‘s „usable“ but that‘s it. Sure, the physical location is something you can hardly beat - opposite Central Station is great. But for the price? I expected more.
Fun Fact: Due to the size of the bathroom, the shower door won‘t fully open. So good luck with squeezing yourself through and good luck taking a shower at a time where not many people in the building are using it, too. The water pressure is so low, a bootle of water is stronger being poured downwards. Having constant warm water is also something that you should not take for granted, it changes all the time - both in the shower and in the sink. Just no.
The rugs in the Hotel are also run down to the point I‘m seriously starting to think they hold more dust then anything else in this building.
