Facility is very nice, clean, with excellent staff.
Neighborhood is very sketchy. The hotel does not have a restaurant and we were not comfortable walking to a restaurant. Closest restaurant is a couple hundred meters away.

Exceptional
Good for a 1 night short stay. Friendly staff. Clean. The room & bed was smaller than expected but it was great to find extra pillows and a blanket. Continental breakfast was fine.
A queen or king size bed would be better but I don't think the room size will allow it.
